Random beauty tips

Hey all.  I am obsessed with youthful skin,  looking young forever - keeping healthy. I have done so much research and tried out these tips myself, I was surprised they worked. 

-Green tea mask for beautiful hair and skin

I have tried both of these out.  To make a green tea exfoliating skin mask you need to mix ; 
-green tea 
-yohgurt 
-olive oil 
Apply to face in circular motions. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Was off gently with warm water. 
You're skin will feel beautiful afterwards and keep you looking young from the antioxidents in the tea. 
So easy to make.  

I used the hair mask and my hair was so shiny and soft afterwards,  I damaged my hair by dying it often and nothing helped me except this.  I also had compliments on how nice my hair was and asked if I just got it cut!  Green tea is also meant to promote hair growth,  It has for me after using it for over a month. 2 and a half inches longer my hair is!  
For the hair mask you need 
-green tea bags 
-hot water 
-can add cinnamon as helps hair growth 
Just add the tea bags to hot water, leave to set for 5 minutes - apply to hair,add conditioner to stop it all from running out. Rinse out. 
You will see results.  Don't do it every time you wash you're hair or it will become too dry once a week is enough. 
Also try avoid shampooing every time you wash you're hair. 

Olive oil 

Extra virgin olive oil has so many beauty benefits.  Ditch the trans fat oils either use coconut or olive.  It is better for you're heart ,keeps you young - the woman who lived to 126 drank olive oil, used it on everything and believed it was why she lived so long and looked young.
You can just apply it to you're face. Or even use it as a makeup remover which is also great for the skin around the eyes.
Olive oil can also be used to massage the breast to keep them firmer and hold them up. 

Find a diet to change something you are unhappy with instead of surgery 

This seemed important to mention as surgery is not always the best option. Want bigger breast? Try eating more beans ,peas, water. Try push ups and arm exercises. My breast have grown from just doing these.

Want a bigger booty? Squats really do work, just do them correctly and as many leg strengthening exercises you can handle. Also ditching refined sugar as much as you can is important for this one. 

Cinnamon and oilve oil, massage into the lips and leave on for 3 minutes can help bring out and make the lips look bigger.  You can also try out lip exercises 5-10 minutes as many times as day you want. 

If you wear contact lenses how to stop them ruining you're makeup

This is if when you put them in, they make you're eye water. 

Tissue!  When you put one in,  quickly put tissue underneath to stop the tears running down the face and ruining you're makeup. 

Not many tips i know but these a few things i found out that i feel is really handy to know.
